As a Supply Chain Planner, you are responsible for the production planning, from customer demand planning throughout the production support to the prompt deliveries of the goods to the customers. In this role you are a driver between the market demand on one hand and the planning disposition and the resources on the other hand. The 'six R's will be your guide: The right product, in the right time, at the right place, in the right quality, the right amount and with the right costs.

You will join a motivated team within our logistics department which is responsible for the chip production at one of our main contract manufacturers.
This role is based in our Headquarters in Thalwil, Switzerland. You will report directly to Senior Manager Supply Chain Management.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Effective Logistics: planning and collaboration with the subcontractor, stock management, material availability, inventory control and Inventory booking.
- Costs: invoice price check, follow up with Factory if invoice is not correct, remind Factory to send credit/debit notes.
- Customer satisfaction: Delivery reliability and service level.
- Informed partners: Delivery management and order confirmation towards sales, production alignment with R&D and Quality.
- System: Logistics tools, ERP-systems
- PO tracking: Issues PO's according to the forecast, follows on the PO's in terms of delivery date, quantity and quality.
- Booking: Books all PO's and PPS orders with respect to material and value flow, in the ERP system.
**Your Skills and Experience**
- Educational background in supply chain management/ business administration or relevant experience
- Min. 2 years relevant work experiences in supply chain management in multinational company
- Experience with ERP Systems and good MS-Office knowledge (Excel in particular)
- Accuracy and efficiency in handling the tasks
- Team player with ability to work independent and reliable
- Customer oriented personality and organizational talent
- Excellent German and English communication skills (oral and written).
- Swiss
- or EU-citizen or valid work permit for Switzerland
