The **Sachbearbeiter Commercial Operation** for Radiometer is responsible for handling activities in the area of Commercial Operation, specifically in Contract Management and Supply Chain. After approximately 6 to 12 months, there will be the operational integration into the new Shared Service Center DACH and the decision for one of the two mentioned areas, including further specialization in the chosen field.

This position is part of the Commercial Operation Department located in Thalwil, Switzerland and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
**Contract Management**
- Contract management lifecycle, including creation of quotes and contracts, activation, maintaining and billing of contracts
- Updating master data in various systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, intranet)
- Independent solution of customer and sales issues in cooperation with specialist departments
- Telephone and written customer correspondence

**Supply Chain**
- Planning and execution of the general goods disposition
- Systemic and administrative processing of service assignments, order entry and invoicing of devices
- Order management for internal customers

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- You have completed commercial training with some years of professional experience in a clerical function
- Several years of experience in the area of quotations or contracts and/or supply chain/logistics.
- You are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation and service awareness as well as an organized, detailed, proactive and team-oriented
- You are business fluent in German and either French or Italian and have basic knowledge of English
