Talent Acquisition Trainee

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting top talent for MSC Cruises. You will assist with sourcing, screening and interviewing for various roles across the organization. You will also have the opportunity to learn about best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a good knowledge of Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Fluency in English, any additional languages a plus
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland for the duration of the internship
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
  • Help in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives (ex. content creation, social media campaigns)
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

The fleet's average age is 7 years, the youngest in the industry.

In 2014, MSC Cruises launched a euro 9 billion, 10 year investment plan to support the second phase of its growth through the order of up to 11 next generation mega cruise ships.

As a result, MSC Cruises' fleet will double by 2026, while the passenger capacity will triple to reach five million passengers per year.

MSC Cruises is the first cruise company to develop an investment plan of this length and magnitude.
