Contribuez à une Genève DurableL'équipe Gestion, Renouvellement & Diversité des Talents recherche un Spécialiste Acquisition des Talents qui aura pour responsabilités :
- Collaborer avec les divers départements de l'entreprise pour répondre à leurs besoins en recrutement ;
- Identifier et Sélectionner les talents en mettant l'accent sur les compétences comportementales ;
- Faciliter l'intégration des nouveaux talents pour assurer leur succès ;
- Attirer proactivement les profils recherchés grâce à votre expertise et réseau professionnel ;
- Innover dans les méthodes de recrutement pour offrir une expérience exceptionnelle ;
- Appuyer la Direction des Ressources Humaines dans la politique RH et projets de recrutement.
Ce poste requiert autonomie, réactivité, organisation, gestion des priorités, proactivité, adaptabilité et forte orientation client. Vous devez être engagé, organisé, avec d'excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication. La maîtrise des outils de e-recrutement et des réseaux sociaux est essentielle pour optimiser les stratégies de recrutement. Une bonne connaissance du tissu économique local est un atout.
Parcours Académique Requis :
- Diplôme d'études supérieures, idéalement avec spécialisation en gestion des ressources humaines et/ou recrutement ;
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
