Gestion administrative et contractuelle des RH

- Gérer les avantages sociaux et superviser les processus de paie.
- Mettre en œuvre des politiques et des pratiques conformes aux exigences légales et réglementaires.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction de l'entreprise pour analyser la qualité des ressources existantes
- Gérer le vivier de talents.
- Anticiper les besoins futurs, d'accompagner les changements opérationnels à venir et enfin d'optimiser le processus de recrutement.
- Mettre en œuvre et développer l'image de marque de l'employeur.
- Auditer le processus de recrutement et de suggérer des améliorations en fonction des besoins.
**Votre profil**:
- Bonne connaissance et capacité à comprendre les aspects juridiques et financiers
- 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines avec une expérience confirmée en tant que chasseur de tètes.
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement de croissance rapide et dans un contexte international
- Niveau d'anglais courant
