As a Digital Acquisition Specialist at L'OCCITANE, you will be responsible for:

  • Digital Traffic Acquisition
    • Develop and execute SEO and paid media campaigns to drive traffic to our e-commerce platform
    • Coordinate landing page needs on Sales Force Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and manage translations and keywords strategy
    • Ensure consistency along the customer path on eCRM, Social, and E-commerce
  • Content and Campaign Implementation
    • Develop digital campaign toolkits for local markets
    • Build landing pages on SFCC
  • Customer Experience Onsite
    • Support local markets in adopting and setting up e-commerce features available in SFCC
    • Launch new Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives (CRO)
    • Communicate new features and share best practices across markets
  • Transversal Support
    • Provide digital business reports and coordinate meetings with regional teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders
    • Coordinate digital benchmarking and feature innovations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Digital, Engineering, or Business
  • First experience in e-commerce and digital acquisition
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good communication skills and ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Ability to understand retail and e-commerce challenges
