Ouvert toute l'année, l'hôtel propose 123 chambres et suites élégantes pour les jet setters à la recherche d'extraordinaires expériences, 6 bars et restaurants ainsi que le le AWAY Spa avec les soins State-Of-The-Art de la célèbre marque La Prairie.

**DESCRIPTIF DE L'OFFRE**

Notre département Marketing et Communication est à la recherché d'un(e) Coordinateur(rice) Marketing capable de faire vivre la marque W à travers toutes les facettes de l'hôtel et d'apporter sa passion au département.
Le(a) Coordinateur(rice) Marketing apporte son support au Directeur Marketing, tant sur des points administratifs que sur des projets tels que: coordonner les média sociaux, les relations marketing et publiques, accueillir et orienter les clients, répondre aux appels téléphoniques, s'occuper des demandes clients en coordonnant les demandes et besoins avec les départements concernés.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**

Fort sens du networking avec un goût prononcé pour la création et l'organisation d'événements.

Connecté(e) à la scène locale ou bonne connaissance des tendances actuelles et locales.

Minimum d'une année d'expérience dans l'image de marque, le marketing/PR et les tendances.

Une expérience préalable dans le milieu de la mode, de la musique ou du divertissement est un plus.

Connaissance d'In Design, d'Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop et d'Illustrator est un atout ; maitrise indispensable de PowerPoint, Word, Excel et Outlook.

Maitrise des plateformes digitales.

Très bonne communication, avec la capacité d'échanger avec des acteurs clés.

Très bonne communication écrite.

Français et anglais nécessaires.

Capacité de mener des projets et de gérer plusieurs tâches différentes.
Capacités de travailler au autonomie.
