- Sicherstellen der Erfüllung von Anforderungen der schweizerischen Arzneimittelverordnung und des Heilmittelgesetzes sowie aller relevanten nationalen, internationalen und internen Richtlinien (SOPs)
- Treffen von Entscheidungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus des Arzneimittels hinweg
- Organisation und Ausführung sämtlicher QMS & FvP Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sowie Schulung aller GDP-Leitlinien; Freigabe von Packmitteln
- Market Access: Erstellen von Gesuchen für die Aufnahme in die SL, APV/TQV-Einreichungen und allgemeine Kommunikation mit dem BAG
- Regulatory: Unterstützung der Mutter
- und Schwesterfirmen im Bereich der Zulassungen bei Swissmedic
- Medical Affairs: Freigaben von Promotionsmaterialien; Bearbeitung medizinischer Anfragen; Unterstützung der Marketingabteilung durch medizinisches Fachwissen

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Pharmazie/Naturwissenschaften und fundierte Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Interesse für die Tätigkeit der Fachtechnisch verantwortlichen Person FvP gemäss Swissmedic
- Gute interdisziplinäre und kulturübergreifende Moderations
- und Motivationsfähigkeiten
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Begeisterungsfähige, gewinnende, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft
