On behalf of one of our clients, an international private bank based in Geneva, we are seeking a:

Client Service Executive

(English-French) or (Russian-English)

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert transactional banking service via telephone and email
  • Accurately capture and follow client instructions, ensuring ownership and resolution
  • Identify clients following policy and Customer Due Diligence regulations
  • Serve as the first contact point for payment transaction or data change inquiries, ensuring proper escalation
  • Manage service recovery activities, adhering to complaints and escalation procedures
  • Handle multi-channel, multi-currency requests
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with internal/external policies, procedures, and legislation
  • Develop and follow a personal development plan for continuous performance improvement
  • Engage in ongoing training to meet business requirements

Profile

  • University qualification - young graduate with a first experience in the banking/financial sector
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of private banking with a proven experience in delivering high-level service to clients
  • Perfect command of English French and/or Russian
  • Strong IT and effective communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to handle large quantities of data in diverse formats and work under pressure
  • Swiss residency is compulsory
