TasksResponsibilities:
You are providing administrative support to the Office Manager and secure a smooth workflow on a day-to-day basis.
- Handling of incoming mails
- Reception / Guest welcoming
- Organization and coordination of regional meetings
- Coordination of secretarial activities
- Responsible for all travel arrangements, flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, visa
- Manage and track record of expense reports
- Preparation of internal meetings and presentations
Requirements
- Commercial education
- Fluency in Englisch and German
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-starter and mutli-task talented
- Strong service orientation and sense of responsibility
