Nous recherchons dès que possible un(e) Facilities Maintenance Manager pour notre site au Locle. Les domaines de responsabilité incluent:
FACILITIES
- Superviser et coordonner l'entretien et la réparation des installations, y compris le CVC, la plomberie, l'électricité, la réfrigération, les systèmes de sécurité et les systèmes du bâtiment.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des projets d'amélioration et de rénovation des installations.
- Développer, suivre et rapporter des indicateurs liés aux installations.
- Gérer les services de nettoyage et connexes.
- Gérer l'élimination des déchets et le recyclage, y compris les déchets de laboratoire réglementés et non réglementés.
- Administrer les systèmes de sécurité et l'accès aux bâtiments.
- Gérer la conformité aux normes de sécurité, environnementales et commerciales.
- Disponibilité flexible et capacité à répondre immédiatement aux problèmes 24/7.
- Premier point de contact en cas d'audits.

MAINTENANCE & CALIBRATION
- Préparer les plannings de maintenance hebdomadaires et attribuer les travaux.
- Recruter, superviser et former les techniciens de maintenance.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements d'ingénierie, de R&D, d'ingénierie qualité, d'informatique et avec les fournisseurs d'équipements externes pour définir les besoins en maintenance et calibration.
- Assurer la planification des interventions externes conformément aux fréquences établies pour la maintenance et la calibration.
- Coordonner avec la gestion des installations et les propriétaires du site pour émettre et contrôler toutes les calibrations planifiées afin d'éviter l'utilisation d'actifs non calibrés.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les représentants du service sur site pour planifier et réaliser les activités de maintenance et de calibration.
- Surveiller le planning de maintenance et de calibration pour garantir que les équipements nécessaires sont correctement calibrés en temps voulu.
- Assurer que les résultats des maintenances et calibrations sont enregistrés à l'aide du logiciel désigné.
- Enquêter sur les résultats de calibration des actifs trouvés hors tolérance.
- Coordonner le dépannage et la réparation des équipements d'essai au besoin.
- Former d'autres techniciens de calibration au sein du service.
- Créer/mettre à jour les procédures de calibration dans le système de gestion des documents qualité.
- Collecter, rapporter et surveiller les indicateurs de performance de la maintenance et de la calibration.
- Premier point de contact pour les audits.
- Gérer les non-conformités et les actions correctives et préventives.
- Approuver les ordres de changement dans le PLM.

Votre Profil
- Diplôme de maîtrise / baccalauréat en installations, opérations de maintenance ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum 5+ années d'expérience en gestion des installations, de préférence dans un environnement réglementé (cGMP) dans l'industrie des dispositifs médicaux (idéalement mais pas obligatoire).
- Minimum 5+ années d'expérience dans un rôle de leadership direct avec des compétences démontrées en développement des talents.
- Fluent en Francais et en Anglais.
- Gestion approfondie des dépenses, du budget et des capitaux.
- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes MRP/maintenance, des délais de livraison des fournisseurs et des cycles de production.
- Expérience démontrée en gestion de projets complexes.
- Solide connaissance pratique des systèmes de bâtiments et de salles propres.
- Connaissance des réglementations OSHA, EPA et autres réglementations relatives aux installations, de préférence y compris les exigences locales du code du bâtiment commercial.
- Compréhension des principes d'amélioration continue, y compris 5S et lean management, ainsi que des techniques de résolution de problèmes.
