**Position**:
**What you’ll be doing**
The International Retail Director is responsible for the definition, implementation and follow up of the Retail strategy globally as well as its performance.
In this strategic tole, you develop & implement the Retail strategy within the Maison omnichannel approach, plan business growth and support markets to define & follow up their local action plans. You define clear objectives/KPI’s per market/country/boutique and ensure their right completion.
You participate to the Product Retail Development in collaboration with the HQ product teams and identify new businesses opportunities and support markets/teams to grow their performance, both qualitative & quantitative.
You develop Boutique image and VM maintenance and are responsible for the appearance and maintenance of the Boutique together with the Boutique Managers.
You ensure that the Boutiques follow the Merchandising standards as set by the Maison. You liaise closely with the Marketing Department on various Marketing actions such as the animation calendars and Exhibitions, to ensure timely implementation & professional execution.
In your role, you ensure that measurements, systems, and processes are followed to regularly assess performance against plan, institute timely responses to problems and opportunities, and provide meaningful information to corporate management. You consolidate all the monthly reporting pertaining to each Boutique’s performance & perform comparative studies on the monthly reports.
You support & coach the managers and animate the teams and ensure all Boutiques Managers perform coaching to their team according to Boutique needs.
You Review salary & commission schemes for all retail boutique staff and propose incentive to boost slow movers. You define & implement HQ Training guideline and follow up at local level and you coordinate and animate training programs in the Network.
You are responsible for Reporting on Client and Prospect data quality: work closely with CRM on analysis of results. You lead the Markets to achieve CRM KPI such as quality client data capture rate, conversion rate and retention rate. You provide qualitative analysis on clients’ profile, store pattern in terms of client base and purchasing habits, correlation analysis in between stores. You provide relevant support upon completion of event / campaign (quantitative and qualitative feed-back, budget analysis, etc) to increase the ROI.

**Who we are looking for**
You have a university degree or equivalent proficiency (Business, Economy) with international work experience in Retail, Business Development.
You have a strong interest in the luxury industry, and you have a good understanding of the challenges of this sector. A strong interest in watchmaking is mandatory.
You speak English fluently. The ability to work and communicate in French is also expected. Mandarin is a plus.
**What you will need to bring**
You have solid experience both in the markets (preferably in Asia) and HQ level.
You possess must demonstrate strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
You must possess expert business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic ability.
You are sensitive to culture & foreign environment, and you have ability for travel.
You're a problem solver, able to manage priorities and adapt to tight planning constraints.
You have developed a strong understanding of the retail business: significant experience being responsible for managing sales activities of a retail business/network.
You can manage and develop the business with hands-on approach.
You perform in a business environment where quick decisions are required.
