Sie tragen die globale Verantwortung für die komplexe Beschaffungs-Commodity Kunststoffspritzguss/Kunststoffteile und arbeiten dabei eng mit den zugeteilten Lieferanten zusammen. Eine Ihrer Hauptaufgaben besteht darin, die Definition, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der gruppenweiten Beschaffungsstrategie in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich zu gestalten und umzusetzen.

Gestalten Sie aktiv mit:
  • Fachliche Führung von aktuell drei strategischen Einkäufern (Osteuropa, Asien, Schweiz)
  • Erstellung von nachhaltigen Beschaffungskonzepten (inkl. Risk Management)
  • Gewährleistung, dass eine ungestörte, risikominimierte Lieferkette und Verfügbarkeit garantiert ist
  • Prüfung von weltweiten Beschaffungsmöglichkeiten für neue und bestehende Produkte/Baugruppen sowie neue Lieferanten evaluieren, aufbauen und bestehende weiterzuentwickeln
  • Einbringung des technologischen Wissens sowie der Innovationen durch Lieferanten in den eigenen Entwicklungsprozess und diese intern transferieren
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Entwicklungsziele hinsichtlich Produktionskosten, Time-to-Market, Qualität und Innovation erreicht werden
  • Unterstützung der R&D sowie des Produktmanagement-Teams im Rahmen von Innovationsprojekten im Bereich Kunststoff-Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung des Stakeholder- sowie Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen der strategischen Beschaffung im HQ, den globalen Beschaffungshubs, der eigenen R&D sowie mit externen Partnern
  • Verhandlung von wettbewerbsfähigen Konditionen und Verträgen zur Optimierung der Gesamtkosten
Was Sie mitbringen:
  • Technische Grundausbildung u/o betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung in der Beschaffung, Prozessmanagement oder im SCM
  • Mehrjähriger Leistungsausweis in der internationalen Beschaffung von Kunststoffteilen und Umsetzung moderner Methoden entlang der Supply Chain
  • Ausgewiesene Projektmanagement Skills mit Erfahrung im Lieferanten-, Vertrags- und Risikomanagement
  • Verhandlungssichere Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Lieferanten sowie Stakeholder aller Führungsebenen von Lösungen sowie deren Mehrwert zu überzeugen
  • Strategisch-konzeptionelles Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit einem ausgeprägten Prozessverständnis entlang der gesamten Supply-Chain-Kette
  • Durchsetzungsfähige, offene Persönlichkeit mit starken Teamplayerqualitäten sowie hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) zwingend
  • Reisebereitschaft (max. 10 %)
