  • Kreditorenbuchhaltung inkl. Erstellung und Kontrolle von Zahlungen
  • Debitorenmanagement inkl. Verbuchung von Zahlungen und Mahnwesen
  • Mithilfe bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von Steuerabrechnungen (MWST, VST, etc.)
  • Stammdatenpflege in diversen Systemen
  • Weiterentwicklung interner Anleitungen und Dokumente
  • Kommunikation in DE/EN mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten und Optimierung von Prozessen
Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet
  • Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, Fachausweis u/o höhere Fachausbildung abgeschlossen oder noch in Ausbildung
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in gleichwertiger Funktion
  • Ausgeprägte digitale Affinität und Abacus-Erfahrung werden vorausgesetzt
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS Office Programme
  • Ge: C1 – Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse
  • En: B1 – Fortgeschrittene Sprachverwendung
