We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Freestar People AG. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, maintain master data within the system, process expense reports and reminders, and perform weekly payments and monthly closing activities.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions, identify areas for cost savings, and implement process improvements.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes, ensure data integrity, and provide training to staff on financial procedures.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Several years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a degree in accounting or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge is advantageous, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with German as an advantage, strong numerical skills, and precise, efficient work habits.
- Professional Qualifications: Additional finance or accounting qualifications are a plus, professional qualification such as Swiss CPA, ACCA is a plus.
