Dein Aufgabengebiet

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden die Schulungen erhalten, die sie wünschen und benötigen. Dafür musst du die Produkte noch nicht verstehen, sondern arbeitest gemeinsam mit den Spezialisten einen Schulungsplan aus und stellst sicher, dass die richtigen Personen die Schulung durchführen.

Zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wirst du einige Schulungen eigenständig übernehmen, dabei aber stets die Unterstützung der Spezialisten haben.

Du bist dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Kunden auf unseren Tools geschult sind. Dies umfasst sowohl das Onboarding (erste Schulung) als auch Auffrischungsschulungen sowie die Einführung neuer Funktionen.

Du definierst die dafür benötigten Werkzeuge (Webinare, Vor-Ort-Training, Videoclips etc.).

Du erstellst das nötige Konzept und sorgst für dessen Umsetzung. Die Inhalte erarbeitest du in Kooperation mit deinen Arbeitskollegen.

Deine Position ist direkt dem Chief Commercial Officer unterstellt, was dir den Zugang zu den nötigen Ressourcen sichert.
