It offers them access to its distribution network of over 3000 banks, global fund platforms and other institutional investors.

For our office in Zurich we are looking for you as

Senior Client Relationship Manager

Starting date: immediately or by arrangement

Our Client Relationship Managers form a small and dedicated team responsible for customer relations and the launches and upgrades of services including the digital delivery component.

Tasks:

  • Managing ongoing and existing client relationships
  • Advice and upselling to cooperation partners on all Acolin services
  • Monitoring the completeness of the dossiers of the cooperation partners
  • Coordination of the various customer inquiries with the client service desk with Acolin
  • Replying to inquiries and requesting the relevant documents
  • Accompanying and supporting the cooperation partners in filling out the ACT's
  • Advice on market conditions around the DNM service (platform fees etc.)
  • Preparation of the various communications for cooperation partners and sales partners
  • Coordination of inquiries from cooperation partners regarding distribution partners (directly and within the team)
  • Management and updating of the CRM tool
  • Use of the basic functions of the Retro Tool to clarify inquiries

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Sound Knowledge of Investment Funds
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the financial or banking sector
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and enthusiastic personality with an accurate, reliable, and independent way of working.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
  • Negotiation skills in German and/or English (any other foreign language is an advantage)
