Der Electrical Engineer ist für das Design und die Wartung der elektrischen Systeme und Software für unsere Sealed Air Cryovac-Verpackungsmaschinen verantwortlich und stellt sicher, dass die Designs einen hohen Standard haben, die Anforderungen erfüllen und den relevanten Richtlinien und Standards entsprechen.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
Design und Entwicklung elektrischer Systeme für Verpackungsmaschinen Erstellung und Pflege aller gängigen technischen Dokumentationen wie Schaltpläne, Stücklisten (SAP), Betriebs- und Prüfanweisungen sowie Performance-Level-Bewertungen zur Gewährleistung der Maschinensicherheit Produktlebenszyklusmanagement: Bewertung neuer Komponenten, Erstellung von Nachrüstsätzen und Anpassungen Programmierung von Ersatzteilen, Softwaremigrationen Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um eine nahtlose Integration elektrischer Systeme in Maschinenkonstruktionen sicherzustellen Unterstützung bei der Prototypenmontage, Prüfung und Fehlerbehebung elektrischer Systeme Bereitstellung technischer Unterstützung für den Sealed Air-Standort für zugehörige Maschinen Gelegentliche Kundenbesuche (Support, Feldtests usw.)Ihr Profil:
Abschluss als Elektroingenieur (HF) oder vergleichbar Erfahrung in der Automatisierungs-/Elektrotechnik Kenntnisse in CAD-Software für die Elektrokonstruktion (eXs e-cad von Vorteil) Grundkenntnisse in der SPS-ProgrammierungKenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten:
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Elektrodesign in der Maschinen- oder Industrieautomatisierungsbranche Umfassendes Verständnis elektrischer Komponenten und Systeme, einschließlich SPS, Motoren und Sensoren Kenntnisse der aktuellen Normen (EN , ISO /2) und Richtlinien sind von Vorteil Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung (strukturierter Text, Allen Bradley, Siemens) sind von Vorteil Fähigkeit, sowohl unabhängig als auch im Teamumfeld zu arbeiten Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch (Englisch: Unternehmenssprache) Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Übernahme von VerantwortungUnser Angebot:
