Digital Strategy Senior Manager

Novocure is a global publicly-traded oncology company focusing on developing an innovative cancer treatment therapy known as tumor treating fields (TTFields) for solid tumor patients. TTFields therapy is a unique method aimed at slowing or stopping tumor progression by triggering tumor cell death. Novocure's leading product, Optune, is authorized for treating adult glioblastoma patients in the USA, Europe, and Israel. The company is actively engaged in clinical trials and expanding its initiatives into various other solid tumor indications, such as non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, among others.
Digital Strategy Senior Manager
Join Novocure's Global Product & Portfolio Strategy team as a key figure. In this role based in Switzerland, you will steer the strategic direction and oversee the launch of the digital asset portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and long-term vision for developing a top-notch digital portfolio.
- Identify strategic hurdles and assist development teams in crafting targeted solutions.
- Ensure CRM systems, websites, apps, and other digital components align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with country business representatives to evaluate new functionalities.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint opportunities for new features.
- Define user requirements and product profiles for new digital services.
- Collaborate with various teams to create comprehensive roadmaps.
- Supervise successful launches and updates of digital solutions.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to gauge the success of product launches.
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in digital or software-based medical device product launches.
- Experience in commercial planning, product development, and strategic marketing in medical devices or wearable technologies.
- Familiarity with wearable technologies, IoT, and mobile health tech for patient engagement and health data management.
- Understanding of the activities, regulations, and processes necessary for successful product marketing in healthcare.
Location and Travel:
- Initially situated in Root, with plans to relocate to Baar by 2025.
- Expected travel of approximately 30%, both nationally and internationally.
