Digital Strategy Senior Manager

Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers.
Digital Strategy Senior Manager
Become a key leader within Novocure’s Global Product & Portfolio Strategy group. Based in our Swiss office, you will guide the strategic direction and oversee the launch of our digital asset portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategy and long-term vision to build a best-in-class digital portfolio. Identify strategic challenges and guide development teams to devise targeted solutions. Ensure CRM systems, websites, apps, and other digital elements meet business needs. Collaborate with country business representatives to assess new functionalities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new or enhanced features. Develop user requirements and product profiles for new digital services. Partner with product development, IT, Digital Strategy, and commercial teams to build comprehensive roadmaps. Oversee successful launches and enhancements of digital and software solutions. Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success of product launches.Ideal Candidate:
Background in digital and/or software-based medical device product launches. Experience in commercial planning, product development, and/or strategic marketing within medical devices and/or wearable technologies. Familiarity with wearable technologies, IoT and/or mobile health technologies for patient engagement and health data management. Insight into the activities, regulations, and processes required for successful product marketing in healthcare.Location and Travel:
Initially based in Root, relocating to Baar by 2025. Approximately 30% travel, both domestically and internationally.-
