Manager, Solutions Enablement and Communication

Location: Root D4, CH, 6039Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and other types of solid cancers.
To support our team in Root, we are looking for a
**Manager, Solutions Enablement and Communications**
**Your responsibilities**:
- You will support change management processes for new solutions and updates to existing solutions and partner with team leads across functions and markets to gather feedback, assess needs and collaborate on local adoption.
- You create and execute communication plans, develop and source content and participate in various other projects across Global Business Effectiveness. Those include internal communications across multiple channels for systems announcements, updates, system roadmaps, release schedules, new product announcements and others.
- You own the creation and maintenance of team SharePoint sites and create and deliver presentations for senior management and stakeholders across our global markets and functional areas within the organization.
**Your profile**:
- You bring extensive experience in a similar role in a customer facing role, having provided end-user communication effectively to various user groups in regards to supporting software adoption.
- You are a confident in communication to end-users in various functional areas across global markets.
- You have a demonstrated track record of successful change management, especially with a focus on successful end-user adoption.
- You have expert level skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Sharepoint. CRM knowledge, especially with platforms such as Veeva is highly preffered.
- You possess expert level English skills both written and spoken. Any other languages are a plus.
