Associate Director, Digital Development

Location: Root D4, CH, 6039Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and other types of solid cancers.

**Associate Director, Digital Development**

**Your responsibilities**:

- You lead the digital development to design, develop and deploy digital products that meet Novocure’s needs and objectives.
- Therefore, you define, document, communicate all technical requirements, project timelines and milestones to all relevant stakeholders, and manage project budgets, timelines and resources accordingly.
- You work closely with business stakeholders and senior management to identify opportunities for digital solutions that can improve business processes.
- You develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners and other third partners and evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve the overall effectiveness of the technical team.
- You ensure in collaboration with IT that all digital solutions meet Novocure’s security, compliance and privacy requirements while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous Improvement among the digital team.

**Your profile**:

- Well rounded technical understanding of technologies such as PHP-based solutions such as Drupal, Laravel, Symfony or CodeIgniter and web development languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
- Familiar with backend development and databases based on MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation technologies such as Veeva (or Salesforce), SFMC, Marketo etc.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform and web analytics and metrics like Matomo or Google Analytics.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and project management and ability to connect digital solutions to backend systems.
- You have strong communication skill and are able to manage complex, technical projects and deliver on time and within budget.
