Job Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch quality control in our production department (specifically machine assembly) by utilizing cutting-edge methods, techniques, and tools for quality management. The aim is to meet our strategic 'Operational Excellence' objectives and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, requirements, and oversight of product quality for in-house manufactured items, machines, and systems
  • Documentation of procedures, process flows, test plans, work instructions, and control instructions
  • Quality control for outsourced processes and products, including assemblies and modules
  • Identification and management of non-conforming outputs throughout the production process
  • Addressing non-conforming products, coordinating corrective actions with suppliers, and managing specifications
  • Assisting in product approval for new developments and customer-specific machines
  • Supervision of measuring and testing equipment, special tools, and testing aids

Quality Performance and Improvement:

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance indicators to enhance quality management
  • Continuous quality management enhancement, internal audits, and management reviews
  • Providing backup support to the Customer Quality Engineer during their absence

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical apprenticeship (EFZ)
  • Additional training in quality management
  • Strong business acumen and inclination towards entrepreneurial thinking
  • Highly customer and service-oriented with a focus on quality
  • Ability to grasp concepts quickly, think systematically, and take initiative
  • Proficiency in both German and English (written and verbal)
  • Hands-on approach to tasks
