PMO (Junior) - Project Support / Retail / Accounting - this is a long term contract for a globally operating Basel based company in the retail sector.
Your tasks:
- Managing and coordinating program reporting, including status, risk, time reports, and KPIs
- Overseeing program-level risk and issue registry, supporting risk analysis and resolution efforts
- Securing and maintaining a common registry and tracking within the program
- Supporting cost follow-up and controlling dashboard in collaboration with Programme Business Navigator and PMO
- Managing meeting planning, invitations, and logistics, including securing venues and taking minutes
- Supporting program management and streams with planning activities and assisting in business case decisions
Your experience/knowledge:
- Working knowledge of general business processes, with a focus on finance and supply chain management
- Familiarity with various project and change management methodologies
- Well-versed in administrative processes and routines
- Good command of tools like Planview, Basware, MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio and PowerBI
- University degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or IT
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken
