Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our EMEA team at The Juice Plus+ Company. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating with third-party logistics service providers under the guidance of the EMEA Supply Chain & Logistics team.
  • Operational Support: Support daily operational tasks, such as inventory balancing across warehouse locations.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with management and administrative teams to facilitate planning, process execution, and tracking of results, projects, and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehousing, delivery, and fulfillment operations.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate product master data and SKU information for the EMEA region.
  • Project Participation: Participate in and coordinate projects and sub-projects, working closely with other functional departments and external service providers.
  • Communication: Contribute to efficient communication and coordination across all stakeholders involved in supply chain and logistics processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Candidates will be qualified to degree level or similar (ideally).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2yrs experience in logistics and/or supply chain (essential), including working with 3PL service providers.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of import/export guidelines and procedures desirable; Advanced knowledge of Excel, good IT skills and ERP/MRP systems beneficial. Experience with a Global ERP implementation is a plus.
  • Language: Excellent German and English communication skills – Verbal and Written.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem solving & analytical skills; Comfortable with multi-tasking in a high-energy environment and ability to take initiative; Adept in maintaining accuracy and keeping to deadlines; Enthusiasm and strong work ethic are essential.
