Key Responsibilities
As a Biologics Supply Chain Network Planner at Lonza, you will be responsible for integrating demand and supply plans for multiple business units and divisional programs. This involves capturing and analyzing customer demand, interacting with relevant business units and sites to develop and update integrated supply chain plans and schedules for timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure synchronization across business units and sites by ensuring that supply plans result in an optimal level of intermediate inventory that enables seamless execution of customer programs while minimizing inventory holding costs. Evaluate the impact on production support areas, such as storage capacities, testing and release capacity and resources. Identify potential discrepancies and risks across projects and business units, develop alternative supply scenarios, define customer and business impact and recommend for decision making.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to align supply strategies with financial and operational plans. Present data to key stakeholders, including supply chain, operations, logistics, quality control, and finance, to understand opportunities and risks, and develop proposals for resolution to identified risks. Prepare and align supply scenarios with relevant supply chain teams for presentation at divisional S&OP and facilitate decision making.

Requirements and Skills
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced supply chain professional with a degree in engineering or business administration, preferably with a master's degree. APICS qualification is desired. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or a related field. Proven track record of managing end-to-end supply chain processes, experience working within a complex matrix environment, and familiarity with advanced planning systems and tools, such as SAP Integrated Business Planning.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices, financial and business acumen, and strategic thinking. They will be a strong analytical thinker and have effective communication skills, customer-facing skills, and collaborative and team-working skills. Self-starter with high level of autonomy and self-learning ability, ability to influence stakeholders in the organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
