  • We provide expert advice and support to all projects within our Hub and additional support to other Hubs as/when required.
  • We partner with clients exceeding their expectations and building strong professional relationships.
  • We act as the PMO and project controls subject matter expert within assigned Hubs.
  • We lead and direct the delivery of all technical PMO and project controls services within assigned Hubs.
  • We work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Requirements

  • We require significant experience of effective PMO and project controls leadership on significant/landmark/mega construction projects.
  • We require fluency in both German and English to build effective relationships across our stakeholder groups.
  • We require significant experience of leading the effective deployment of robust PMO and project controls strategies/frameworks and integrated project controls methodologies.
  • We require expert knowledge of risk tools, techniques, and software.
  • We require ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty or ambiguity providing effective consultancy to clients and other key stakeholders to drive effective outcomes.
  • We require strong business development skills and commercial awareness/acumen.
  • We require strong understanding of construction and related industry, trends, innovation, and associated threats and opportunities.
  • We require deep domain knowledge of providing PMO and project controls leadership in collaboration with external bodies, professional institutions, and peers.
  • We require excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • We require effective appraisal/analytical skills to support skilled negotiations, problem-solving, or conflict resolution.
