- Within our Wealth Management division, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account & Investment Manager
- Your Opportunity:
- Proactively support the team in the management of their client portfolio
- Support the Relationship Managers in the preparation of investment proposals
- Actively advice Relationship Managers and clients across all asset classes
- Prepare and participate in prospect client pitches
- Continuously monitor market developments and innovate with new investment solutions
- Independently manage the administration of client accounts and transactions (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renewals, etc.)
- Assist the Relationship Managers in the organization of the client meetings (arrange appointments, prepare required documents, etc.)
- Support the Relationship Managers in all KYCrelated matters
- Monitor client account balances and account transactions
- Deal with pending and deadlines, as well as followup of pending items (client control, worklists.)
- Prepare account openings/closings documents
- Deal with the fees and commissions
- Control and handling of internal processes; legal and compliance aspects, client data, "client journal"
- Establish close collaboration with other departments of the bank
- Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Accurate and timely monitoring of Risk and Compliance Indicators
- Various administrative tasks
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master's degree plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the banking industry
- Effective communication skills with an innate ability and strong interest for a highlevel client service
- Strong organizational skills, team player able to work under pressure
- Good understanding of financial products and markets
- Curious, flexible and positive attitude,
- Highly motivated, proactive attitude and structured thinking, very well organized
- Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office)
- Fluency in English and French is a must, Arabic is a plus
