Wir suchen dich Einen Operating Manager der gemeinsam mit uns Ziele erreichen möchte und uns den Yardbird-Style in die neue Location im Zürcher Hauptbahnhof bringt. In dieser Position wirst Du unser motiviertes Team on the job unterstützen, coachen und den Teamspirit weiterentwickeln.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Führungsverantwortung und Ansprechperson für die Mitarbeiter im Bereich Küche
- Aktive Mitarbeit als Gastgeber in allen Bereichen und Du bist Dir nicht zu schade auch mal am Brennpunkt ausserhalb der Küche zu helfen.
- Unterstützung des Unit Manager in diversen Belangen: Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe, Personalplanung, Durchführung von internen Schulungen, etc.
- Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften

**Dein Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, im Idealfall mit zusätzlicher Weiterbildung
- Einige Jahre vielseitige Berufserfahrung inklusive Führungserfahrung
- Du bist eine offene und dynamische Person, welche gerne Verantwortung trägt
- Du motivierst das Team mit deiner positiven Ausstrahlung und Zielorientierung täglich zu Bestleistungen
- Organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie ein grosses Qualitätsbewusstsein runden Dein Profil ab
- Deutsch und Englisch sprichst Du fliessend, zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
