Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of Swiss and Peruvian cuisine, with influences from across Asia and the Mediterranean.
  • Manage and organize the kitchen area, ensuring optimal production and service.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring attention to detail and high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop new recipes and menu ideas.
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team, promoting a positive and creative work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a head chef or senior culinary specialist in a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss and Peruvian cuisine, with experience in menu development and kitchen management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • High attention to detail and focus on quality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Conversational English required, with the ability to communicate effectively with the team and guests.
