About CLOUDS Gastro AG

CLOUDS Gastro AG is a unique gastronomic enterprise with a restaurant, bistro, and bar located in the 35th floor of the Prime Towers, offering breathtaking views. Our kitchen, with its open kitchen and 90 seats, serves classic dishes and weekly changing menu creations. The bistro is a meeting place - casual and lively. Here, you can find a variety of dishes at almost any time of day, which vary seasonally. Our bar is a place of relaxation: warm interior design, a spectacular view of the sunset over the Üetliberg, slowly glowing lights in and over the city, and seasonal cocktails, accompanied by pleasant background music, make you forget everything else.

About Us

Candrian is a family-owned company with its own gastronomic and hotel businesses in Zurich, Basel, St. Gallen, Winterthur, Schaffhausen, and Biel. With around 700 employees, 40 restaurants and takeaways, and 6 hotels, Candrian is one of the largest gastronomic and hotel companies in Switzerland.

Your Tasks

  • Work independently on one or more posts
  • Mise en place work for the à-la-carte service
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times
  • Comply with regulations regarding hygiene, quality, and occupational safety

Your Profile

  • You have completed a culinary education (EFZ)
  • You have experience as a young chef or chef de partie
  • You cook creatively and master the craft
  • You are a team player and work well in a team
  • You are flexible and reliable and maintain a cool head even in hectic situations
