Your mission:

  • Contributing to the HR administration of employees' lifecycle with direct client contact (working with Technology & Operations team) ;
  • Providing support to the HR Business Partners &HR Advisors on a daily basis ;
  • Handling on
- and off-boardings as well as internal transfers with respective updates of the employment records ;
  • Handling all administrative HR tasks (certificates, attestations required by regulators, AVS, work permits, etc.) ;
  • Updating and maintaining HR databases (e.g. Workday).

Your profile:

  • 12years of experience within a Human Resource team in a Swiss environment ; Degree or certificate in HR would be an asset ; Strong interest and capability in administrative tasks ; Accuracy, autonomy and sense of confidentiality ; Teamwork and coordination skills set; ability to multitasking ; Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a dynamic team ; Computer literacy experience on Workday would be an asset ; Fluent in French and English (oral/written) ; Residence in Switzerland.
