This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute to the success of our humanitarian organization by sourcing, assessing, and onboarding diverse talent to support our global humanitarian efforts.

As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment cycle for both internationally deployed and headquarters-based positions. You will work closely with the Human Resources Director and colleagues in the recruitment unit to identify, attract, and onboard the best talent to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and assess candidates for various positions within IMPACT Initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment best practices and trends to continuously improve our recruitment operations

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and languages
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

  • Gross Salary: Monthly salary ranges from 5,000 CHF to 5,490 CHF (before income tax)
  • Insurance Coverage: Includes insurance for professional and non-professional accidents throughout the period of employment with IMPACT
  • Remote Work: Up to 40% remote work per week is allowed
