Key Responsibilities
1. Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to foster a positive and productive work environment.
2. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
3. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
4. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address workforce planning needs, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
5. Conduct needs assessments and recommend training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
6. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Contribute to building various reports and presentations on HR-related topics.
8. Manage HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and recognition programs.
9. Prepare communications and liaise with senior stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
1. Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. HR experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles, such as HR Generalist or HRBP.
3. Business acumen: Strong understanding of the business, including its goals, objectives, and challenges.
4. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Analytical skills: Able to analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Relationship building: Strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees.
7. Tech savvy with proficiency in HRIS, Power BI, Business Objects, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
