- Legal Counsel mit Fokus Datenschutz (m/w/d, 60-100%)
- Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie nehmen die Rolle der Datenschutzberaterin bzw. des -beraters wahr
- Sie beraten unsere Units in komplexen Datenschutzangelegenheiten und -projekten und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu den laufenden Umsetzungsprojekten zum revDSG
- Zudem erstellen Sie Weisungen und Reglemente in Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen aus dem rev DSG
- Die Entwicklung von Trainingsmaterialien zur Schulung von Mitarbeitenden gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet
- Desweitern erstellen und/oder prüfen Sie Beschaffungsverträge der SERV (zum Beispiel Dienstleistungsverträge mit Dritten, insbesondere im IT Bereich)
- Mitwirkung in weiteren Projekten zu Themen wie Digitalisierung, Archivierung, e-Dossier, etc.- Ihr Profil
- Sie haben einen Master in Rechtswissenschaften einer Schweizer Hochschule
- Erste Berufserfahrung oder eine Aus
- und Weiterbildung im Bereich Datenschutz ist ein Pluspunkt
- Sie kommunizieren fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
- Sie interessieren sich für neue Technologien und zeigen Freude an interdisziplinärer Teamarbeit
- Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbständige, kunden
- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab- Was wir Ihnen bieten
