- Nachweis eines profitablen Returns on Investment für Schweizer Digital Marketing Initiativen.
- Aufbau, Erweiterung und Stärkung eines erfolgreichen Teams von 4 FTEs.
- Konzeptualisierung und Implementierung einer Innovationsagenda sowie eine aktive Rolle bei der Einführung eines Test
- und Lernansatzes in allen Bereichen.

**Dein Profil**:

- Ausbildung mit technischem oder kaufmännischem Abschluss (Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder ähnlicher Bereich).
- Solide Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den Bereichen digitales Marketing, Community Engagement, Partnermanagement und Customer Care/Services.
- Marketingexperte und Experte für digitale Themen mit Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung digitaler Strategie
- Erfahrung mit der Integration und Vermarktung von Plattformen und Diensten Dritter.
- Charismatische, proaktive Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenmotivation und einer ausgeprägten "Can-do"-Mentalität.
