About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Global Head of Digital Transformation and Business Applications. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving our digital transformation journey and business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Implement Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives operational efficiency.
  • Lead Global Business Applications and IT Quality: Provide leadership and direction for all aspects of global business applications and IT quality, ensuring compliance with Straumann IT policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and Manage Budget: Develop and manage the budget for global business applications, ensuring effective and efficient resource allocation.
  • Lead High-Performance Team: Develop and lead a high-performance team with strong leadership skills and technology expertise.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience with technologies, enterprise applications, and project management in a global environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in implementation of project and program methodologies, ERP application life cycle management, and ServiceNow.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
