Für unseren Standort in Basel suchen wir zur Unterstützung unseres Teams Verstärkung im Bereich Internal Investigation. Es erwarten Sie unterschiedliche Mandate, bei welchen es sich häufig um komplexe Fälle mit internationalen Berührungspunkten handelt. Wir bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit, schnell Verantwortung zu übernehmen und selbständig zu arbeiten.
- Selbständiges Führen von komplexen internen Untersuchungen und Verfahren;
- Juristische Abklärungen und Verfassen von Untersuchungsberichten und Memoranden;
- Vertretung von Klienten vor in
- und ausländischen Behörden;
- Ausarbeiten von Rechtsschriften, Teilnahme an (ausser-)gerichtlichen Verhandlungen und diesbezügliche Betreuung der Klienten;
- Multidisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Expertinnen und Experten aus angrenzenden Gebieten sowie
- Mitarbeit auf Mandaten im Bereich der Wirtschaftskriminalität.
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium sowie schweizerisches Rechtsanwaltspatent;
- Grosses Interesse an grenzüberschreitenden Fragestellungen und an kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung 'on-the-job';
- Fundierte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse wären ein zusätzliches Asset;
- Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität;
- Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Freude am Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Klienten;
- Teamplayer, Neugierde und Lust darauf, auch andere Teams fallweise zu unterstützen.
