INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER (a)

Tasks

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy for NIRLAB's narcotic solutions.
  • Identify and target potential clients in law enforcement agencies worldwide.
  • Manage existing distributors, strengthen relationships, and expand the distributor network to new countries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement officials, government agencies, and local distributors.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Represent NIRLAB at international trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with NIRLAB's marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings and capabilities.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on progress to senior management.
  • Provide feedback from the field to assist in product development and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the field of handheld/portable spectroscopy (NIR, Raman, Mass Spectroscopy) or a closely related industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success in an international, hightravel role.
  • Extensive experience working with law enforcement agencies and understanding their procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • You are known for your drive, your professional ambitions and your desire to succeed, entrepreneurial mindset as well as your flexibility and speed
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time).
