Au sein de Migros Online, tu conseilles, encadres et soutiens les responsables d'équipe et les employé/es afin de renforcer les capacités de l'organisation. Tu auras l'occasion de collaborer quotidiennement avec les collaborateurs du centre de distribution d'Ecublens et travailler sur différents projets.HR Business Partner %) (w/m/d)Au sein de Migros Online, tu conseilles, encadres et soutiens les responsables d'équipe et les employé/es afin de renforcer les capacités de l'organisation. Tu auras l'occasion de collaborer quotidiennement avec les collaborateurs du centre de distribution d'Ecublens et travailler sur différents projets.
Ce que tu accomplis
  • Tu conseilles et soutiens les cadres dans la gestion du personnel ainsi que les collaborateurs-trices dans les sujets relevant des RH pour le centre de distribution d'Ecublens (VD) tout au long du cycle de vie.
  • Tu recrutes des postes spécialisés en étroite collaboration avec la ligne et les agences temporaires et tu garantis une intégration réussie.
  • Tu mènes des entretiens, diriges des médiations, accompagnes des processus de changement et animes des ateliers et des formations.
  • En tant qu'ambassadeur/ambassadrice de la culture d'entreprise et baromètre de l'ambiance, tu es en contact permanent avec tes parties prenantes.
  • Tu participes activement à des projets ou tu les diriges de A à Z.
  • En étroite collaboration avec l'Admin Specialist, les autres HR Business Partners et le reste de l'équipe RH, tu veilles à ce que les processus fonctionnent correctement et que nos clients soient au centre de nos préoccupations.
Ce que tu apportes
  • Bildung: Formation initiale ou continue complétée
  • Expérience professionnelle: Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction de HR Business Partner dans l'industrie / la logistique est indispensable. dans une fonction de HR Business Partner dans l'industrie / la logistique est indispensable.
  • Présentation sûre et convaincante, excellentes compétences en communication : tu trouves rapidement le contact avec tes parties prenantes et tu peux facilement établir la confiance avec elles.
  • Tu aimes passer constamment d'un sujet à l'autre et établir des priorités est facile pour toi.
  • Tu as une forte affinité numérique.
  • La connaissance de SAP Success Factors est un avantage.
  • Français (capable de mener des négociations)
  • Anglais (capable de mener des négociations)
  • Allemand (un atout)
