Are you passionate about driving customer success and managing tech projects in the dynamic world of SaaS? We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a SaaS Customer Success Manager with exceptional project management skills.

Tasks

  • Plan and manage client portfolios and build close relationships
  • Create solutions with our customers to meet their customized needs and provide technical guidance for customers and internals
  • Manage tech projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and issue reports
  • Train and coach customers in tool usage
  • Advise our customers in didactical, technical, and coordinational matters
  • Provide technical expertise: build the handshake of product development and customer needs through deep understanding of the products, services, and APIs

Requirements:

  • Experience in agile project management and customer service
  • Strong communication skills with customers
  • Proficiency level in English and German, other languages as a plus
  • Technical understanding, ideally SaaS
  • You work independently and creatively in a startup environment
  • You are reflective & open to feedback
  • Handson mentality, openminded and willing to learn every day new things
