Your Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact and advocate for customer satisfaction.
- Build strong customer connections through tailored consultations and personalized strategies.
- Identify optimization opportunities and troubleshoot issues for customer success.
- Assist in onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of customers.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Empathetic with a customer-centric approach and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to utilize software effectively.
- Organized with excellent prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Italian and English (German proficiency is a bonus).
- Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
