Junior Customer Success

We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Success & Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for one of our partner companies. You will help bring the company's vision to life and drive customer success growth.
In your daily work, you will focus on solving customer inquiries and make a valuable contribution to various exciting growth projects.
Join our partner company: A Swiss MarTech company that enables marketing managers to make data-driven decisions for improved advertising performance and budget optimization using AI-powered marketing analytics software.
Responsibilities:- Drive customer satisfaction, act as the main point of contact for their success.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized consultations, expert advice, and tailored strategies.
- Solve problems and proactively identify performance optimization opportunities to guide customers to success.
- Support the team with onboarding tasks and ensure a smooth and effective process for the customer.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of our customers.
- Knowledge in digital marketing tools like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- High empathy, customer-oriented mindset, and storytelling talent.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively use software, explain its features, and leverage its capabilities to solve customer issues.
- Well-organized, with the ability to structure and prioritize work efficiently.
- Fluent in Italian and English negotiation (German is a plus).
- Study in marketing, business administration, or related field, ideally with initial practical experience.
Please note that we are looking for support in the Zurich office of our partner company. Authorization to work within Switzerland is also required.
