Junior Customer Success

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Junior Customer Success & Performance Marketing Manager to team up with one of our partners and enhance their Customer Success strategies.
In this exciting position, you will mainly tackle customer inquiries and have a chance to contribute to various marketing ventures.
Join our partner, a Swiss MarTech enterprise that equips marketers with AI-powered marketing analytics software, fostering data-driven decision-making for improved ad performance and budget management.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison and advocate for customer satisfaction, driving it with your dedication.
- Build strong customer bonds through personalized consultations, expert guidance, and tailored strategies.
- Resolve challenges and proactively pinpoint avenues for performance enhancement to empower our partner's customers' triumph.
- Assist in onboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for the customer.
- Track and assess the key performance indicators (KPIs) of our customers.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Highly empathetic, with a customer-centric mindset and excellent storytelling abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving competencies to adeptly utilize software, elucidate its functionalities, and exploit its potentials to resolve clients' issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to structure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Italian and English (German knowledge is a plus).
- Background in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines, preferably supported by some practical exposure.
Kindly note that we require assistance at the Zürich office of our partner company. Authorization to work in Switzerland is mandatory.
