Das ist der Job - Deine Hauptaufgaben bei Eraneos

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Customer Experience Strategien für unsere Kunden.

  • Durchführung von Markt- und Kundenanalysen zur Identifizierung von Bedürfnissen und Erwartungen.

  • Gestaltung und Optimierung von Customer Journeys und Touchpoints.

  • Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit und -loyalität.

  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Umsetzung von CX-Strategien.

  • Messung und Analyse von KPIs zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Kundenerlebnisse.

  • Unterstützung, Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Integration neuer CX-Management-Initiativen, die durch die Interaktion mit unseren Kunden identifiziert wurden (z. B. Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Verfahren, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Qualität und Leistungssicherung).

Dieser Job ist für Dich, wenn

  • Du eine Leidenschaft für exzellente Kundenerlebnisse hast und Kenntnisse in Service Design und Design Thinking mitbringst.

  • Du über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Customer Experience Management verfügst.

  • Du Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von CX-Strategien hast.

  • Du stark in der Analyse und Problemlösung bist und gerne im Team arbeitest.

  • Du fliessend Deutsch und Englisch sprichst.

  • Du ein starkes Interesse an technologiegetriebenem Customer Experience Management und Künstlicher Intelligenz (AI) hast.

Als i-Tüpfelchen bringst Du mit

  • Erfahrung im Financial Services Umfeld

  • Erfahrung mit Customer Experience Tools und Technologien.
