We are recruiting an IT / AV Assistant to join our property.

You will report to the IT Manager and Director of IT.

Main Responsibilities:

Day to Day Colleague IT Support. Second Line Guest Support. Weekend Support Colleague (if applicable)

IT Support

  • Daily Guest & Colleague Support
  • Assist with IT Routine Task List (38)
  • IT Issue Troubleshooting

 Audio Visual

  • Audio Visual Dedicated Services & Support
  • Coordinating and executing preventive maintenance
  • Support IT Related for Meetings & Events

Project Management

  • Project Tasks Follow Up

Cyber Security and Compliance

  • Security Operation Tasks Follow Up

Job Requirements:

  • French & English fluently, another language a plus
  • Ideally minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Preferably already in a position within a luxury hotel in Switzerland or in Europe.
  • Impeccable professional image combined with good ethics and values
  • Driven for results
  • Creative, focused and flexible
  • Detailed oriented
