The Senior Manager L&D Talent Development for Cytiva is responsible for the agile & scalable development and deployment of key structured programs that retains and improves critical organizational capability and performance, aligned with the core behaviors and business need. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Reimagine our approach to talent growth with innovative development program design and facilitation.
  • Design, deliver, facilitate workshops and training programs including Train The Trainer, ensure core talent processes are considered in the program design and implementation. 
  • Design, assess and improve effectiveness of development programs (training, coaching, mentoring, etc.) that will inspire professional development and career growth in Cytiva.
  • Lead the alignment with Talent Leaders & HR community and, in collaboration with the L&D team, identify and prioritize strategic organizational needs and implement impactful L&D opportunities, in an agile & scalable way.
  • Drive the culture of DBS and continuous professional development through DBS Leadership program facilitations.
  • Identify and effectively manage L&D vendors, with focus on innovative learning material and ROI.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing effective and engaging development programs and curricula for a global diverse audience.
  • Proven experience in coaching and impactful facilitation of development programs
  • Extensive knowledge and experience L&D: learning theories and organizational strategies, program designs, assessments and evaluation methods, as well as Adult Learning Principles and innovative learning strategies
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in learning and performance management practices, trends, technology. 
  • Experience in understanding impactful & strategic datapoints and utilizing them to drive business centric decisions.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport, collaborate and influence at all levels within an organization. Act as inspirational L&D Talent Development leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble.
  • Experienced CT in a DBS Leadership program

Le directeur principal du développement des talents L&D pour Cytiva est responsable du développement et du déploiement agiles et évolutifs de programmes structurés clés qui conservent et améliorent les capacités et les performances organisationnelles critiques, alignées sur les comportements fondamentaux et les besoins de l’entreprise.

Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous aurez l’occasion de :
• Réinventer notre approche de la croissance des talents grâce à la conception et à l’animation de programmes de développement innovants.
• Concevoir, animer et animer des ateliers et des programmes de formation, y compris la formation des formateurs, et veiller à ce que les processus de gestion des talents de base soient pris en compte dans la conception et la mise en œuvre du programme. 
• Diriger l’alignement avec les Talent Leaders et la communauté RH et, en collaboration avec l’équipe L&D, identifier et hiérarchiser les besoins stratégiques de l’organisation et mettre en œuvre des opportunités de L&D percutantes, de manière agile et évolutive.
• Promouvoir la culture de DBS et le développement professionnel continu par le biais de l’animation du programme DBS Leadership.
• Identifier et gérer efficacement les fournisseurs de formation et de développement, en mettant l’accent sur le matériel d’apprentissage innovant et le retour sur investissement.
 

Les exigences essentielles de l’emploi sont les suivantes :
• Expérience avérée dans la conception, l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de programmes et de programmes de développement efficaces et attrayants pour un public diversifié à l’échelle mondiale.
• Expérience avérée dans le coaching et l’animation de programmes de développement percutants

• Connaissances et expérience approfondies en matière de formation et de développement : théories de l’apprentissage et stratégies organisationnelles, conception de programmes, évaluations et méthodes d’évaluation, ainsi que principes d’apprentissage des adultes et stratégies d’apprentissage innovantes
• Connaissance et expertise approfondies des pratiques, des tendances et de la technologie en matière d’apprentissage et de gestion de la performance. 
• Expérience dans la compréhension des points de données percutants et stratégiques et leur utilisation pour prendre des décisions centrées sur l’entreprise.
 

Ce serait un plus si vous possédiez également une expérience préalable dans les domaines suivants :
• Capacité à dynamiser, développer et établir des relations, collaborer et influencer à tous les niveaux au sein d’une organisation. Agir en tant que leader inspirant du développement des talents L&D avec optimisme, très accessible et humble.
• Expérience en TDM dans le cadre d’un programme de leadership DBS
