**Job Description**:
**Your key tasks**
- Provide program management and/or project management support for Global HR initiatives and operationalize employee engagement, career development, team building, employee onboarding, diversity and inclusion, talent pipeline programs
- Support Strategic HRBP’s and OD Partners Talent Development plans for their business areas
- Support consistent regional and global talent mobility by supporting Talent Reviews process
- Facilitate training workshops to support management development throughout Avaloq
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in Talent Management, Learning and Development or HR is essential
- Curious thinker with passion for employee and management development who likes to work in an Innovative and creative way to adapt current processes
- Planning, prioritization, and project management skills with the ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships
- Fluency in English
