As a member of the self-regulatory organization (SRO) VQF, the company's commitment lies in upholding the utmost standards of quality, security, and compliance. My client exclusively collaborates with industry-leading companies for various aspects such as onboarding, developers, compliance, tax, legal, audit, and accounting. The founders have already made significant investments in the company and the development of Tonscan and is excited about the next step to strengthen and complement the existing team.

Your role and responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: White glove concierge service, nurture existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and immediately addressing any concerns or needs they may have. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise in client relationships or sales processesBuilding the Department within the Start-Up: Take ownership of building and structuring the business development and relationship management department from the ground up. Define roles and responsibilities, establish processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability as the department grows. Continuously evaluate and optimize the department's structure, processes, and resources to adapt to changing market dynamics and organizational needsStrategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other businesses or organizations that can help drive growth and expand the company's reachSales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targetsPipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, and effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to closureCompliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, especially in the highly regulated crypto spaceDocumentation and Reporting: Prepare proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed, and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projectionsMarket Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threatsProduct Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clientsCustom Solutions: Work with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutionsNetworking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and partnersFeedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve products, services, and processesTeam Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless client experiences

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German are essential for effective interaction with clients, partners, and internal stakeholdersEntrepreneurial spirit: Strong stakeholder and task ownership, own the decision making processHigh Interest in Crypto, Blockchain, and Fintech: Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of the crypto, blockchain, and fintech industries, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest trends, technologies, and developmentsMinimum 5 years of Industry Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, relationship management, or related roles within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industries, demonstrating expertise and success in driving growth and building relationships in institutional settingsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contribute ideas, share expertise, and support colleagues in achieving common goalsA background in either business (e.g., business administration, finance, banking) or technical (e.g., computer science, engineering) disciplines is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding both the business and technical aspects of the company's offeringsPeter Vogler
