My client exclusively collaborates with industry-leading companies for various aspects such as onboarding, developers, compliance, tax, legal, audit, and accounting. The founders have already made significant investments in the company and the development of Tonscan and is excited about the next step to strengthen and complement the existing team.
Your role and responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: White glove concierge service, nurture existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and immediately addressing any concerns or needs they may have. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise in client relationships or sales processesBuilding the Department within the Start-Up: Take ownership of building and structuring the business development and relationship management department from the ground up. Define roles and responsibilities, establish processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability as the department grows.
