Key Responsibilities- Executing orders in the best interest of our clients
- Providing clients and account managers with execution advice
- Managing the liquidity on the different crypto exchanges
- Upholding and managing close relationships to exchanges, banks, and other business partners
- Identifying and implementing new possible business opportunities
- Contribute to projects improving trading products and procedures
- Assisting our developers with the construction of user- and business-friendly software
- Actively managing and monitoring BTCS Nostro positions
- Aligning fiat treasury activities with company's long term financial planning
- Assisting account managers in client meetings
- Performing daily reconciliation and other trading operational activities
- Creation of various trading related reports
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Mathematics, or similar
- Proven experience in the financial sector as a Trader (trading Equities, FX, or Commodities) in Switzerland
- Good understanding of regulatory landscape (e.g. market conduct)
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets and knowledge of crypto exchanges (an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge and experience in trading mechanisms
- Dedicated to work evening shifts including weekends
- Responsible personality with strong team player attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to identify and leverage new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and ability to stay calm even in hectic situations
- Fluency in German and English; French and other European languages (an advantage)
